We are happy to refund/exchange an item if returned within 14 days of delivery. However, we do ask that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition with a copy of your proof of purchase.
The refund/exchange will be processed within 5 working days once the returned items have been received by us.

where do we deliver?
We deliver throughout New South Wales wide (some restrictions apply). We do not regularly ship interstate - however, if you are located interstate and are interested in a particular item/s we will happily arrange a postage quotation.
what if I live outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, we do NOT deliver outside Australia.
With a flat delivery rate of $7.95* New South Wales wide (some restrictions apply). We are only able to deliver some larger items to NSW Metro area, this is specified within the Items description. Note: While we are happy to subsidise some additional postage, we reserve the right to contact you should your delivery charge exceed our cost to ship.
