We are happy to refund/exchange an item if returned within 14 days of delivery. However, we do ask that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition with a copy of your proof of purchase.
The refund/exchange will be processed within 5 working days once the returned items have been received by us.

We deliver throughout Australia,we predominantly use Australia Post. With some of our larger items we are only able to deliver them within the New South Wales metro area, others will incur additional postage - these items have their postal restrictions specified within the Items description.

We will contact you as soon as possible to advise that we are unable to fill your order at this time; we will always try to advise an approximate time frame should you wish to wait for the item. You also have the option of a cancellation of the order or you may wish to select a suitable replacement item.

With a flat delivery rate of $7.95* New South Wales wide & $10.00 for interstate orders (some restrictions apply).
* (Excludes larger items - we are only able to deliver some larger items to NSW Metro area, this is specified within the Items description. Note: While we are happy to subsidise some additional postage, we reserve the right to contact you should your delivery charge exceed our cost to ship)
