We are happy to refund/exchange an item if returned within 14 days of delivery. However, we do ask that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition with a copy of your proof of purchase.
The refund/exchange will be processed within 5 working days once the returned items have been received by us.

We deliver throughout Australia, and are based in New South Wales.
We predominantly use Australia Post, however some of the larger items require a quotation for postage this will appear in the items description. If you select one of these larger items we will arrange quotations for you, to organise the most cost effective and safest delivery method.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside Australia.

We will contact you as soon as possible to advise that we are unable to fill your order at this time; we will always try to advise an approximate time frame should you wish to wait for the item. You also have the option of a cancellation of the order or you may wish to select a suitable replacement item.
