We are happy to refund/exchange an item if returned within 14 days of delivery. However, we do ask that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition with a copy of your proof of purchase.
The refund/exchange will be processed within 5 working days once the returned items have been received by us.

We offer $7.95* for delivery in New South Wales & $11.00* all other states in Australia*, some of our items are marked additional postage outside Metro NSW, if you order one of these items we will arrange a postage quotation for you. * Please note we reserve the right to contact you should our cost to ship greatly exceed this amount.
